Ogwalinn’s formation was inspired by gaps consistently observed in the civil security
sector i.e. reactive deployment, weak supervision, high guard turnover, minimal client
engagement, and poor adaptation to changing threats. The founders, all with frontline
experience in Uganda and across East Africa, saw the need for a firm that combines
strategic foresight, field discipline, and client-centered intelligence, thus, Ogwalinn was
born.
